77. I Can’t Find That Email I Received From…
Instant Contact Activity Report (Outlook)
You normally look at a Contact’s General Tab. There’s several
Tabs actually. Have you ever clicked on a Contact’s Activities
Tab? Outlook will search through all your folders and (virtually)
list all your activity with that contact: emails, tasks, meetings.
The list generated not only shows you what folder they’re in,
you can work with the items too.
Bonus: A great way to save pulling your hair out looking for
that blank blank blank email! Instead of searching all through
your folders – go to that persons contact and find it through
your activity with them.
