73. Help! My Address Book Stopped Working!
You can fix your address book
Strangely empty address books accumulate in Outlook and it sometimes loses the correct
connection.
If you ever tried to solve this problem it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The
answer is you must remind Outlook where to look first. From inside your Address Book (click
the icon),
1. Click Options on the Tools menu (no icon?: Click Address Book on the Tools menu).
2. The Addressing dialog box appears.
3. Under When sending mail, check names in these address lists in the following order,
select the list that you want to show up first, and click the arrow in the dialog box until
that list appears first.
