When do you want your shoulder tap?

Calendars prompt about upcoming meetings, appointments and events. The prompt can be reset to occur when you want to be reminded – from not at all to two weeks prior.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. On the Preferences Tab under Calendar, make sure the Default Reminder Box is checked.

3. Select the reminder you want from the drop down box of times.
