71. How Do I Create & Print A List Of Names And Email Addresses From My Contacts?
You create a Phone List (Outlook).
1. On the View menu, point to Arrange
By, point to Current View, and then
click Phone List.
2. Add or remove the fields you want in
your e-mail list.
The fields in the Show these fields
in this order box are the fields that
will print.
3. On the File menu, click Print.
Corporate Note: To print a list of names and
email addresses from a Global Address List, you
will need to add them to your Contacts folder.
