Merging is not just with contacts and not just from Outlook! You can merge any piece of
information you have from any database into a letter or email… This is significant as it gives you
a tremendous opportunity to customise, personalise, automate and create merges you never
thought possible with a little forethought and creativity.
The limit is your imagination
Invoices, receipts, invitations personalised by city and venue instead of blanket ones listing allthe cities, times and venues. Even newsletters can be customised paragraph by paragraph for
each recipient!
