61. Can I Do A Personalised Email/Mail Merge With My Contacts?

ourselves on our first use of the Outlook email merge. We had just sent over 100
personalised, colourful and formatted emails to overseas clients. You’ll find the Mail Merge
under the Tools Menu (Outlook only.)

Bonus: Outlook 2000 only does a plain text email merge (think typewriter.) With the
newer software, you can format your text (colour, lists, numbering, different fonts,
italics…)
