25. Can I Quickly Create A Rule Based On Spam I Just Received?
Yes. Office 2003 brought it in with the right click
When you’re in an email, simply right click to
create a rule based on it. If you have an earlier
version, be sure to have the Rules Icon showing
on your toolbar.
To show the Icon:
1. On the View menu select Toolbars.
2. Click on Advanced.
The Rules and Alerts Icon looks like an open
folder with paper falling in (see caption 12a.)
